GUIDELINES IN APPLYING FOR MEMBERSHIP

TRANSFER & PURCHASE OF SHARE:
MARKET VALUE
CLASS “A” = Php 1,700,000.00
CLASS “B” = Php 1,900,000.00
Seller:
1. Letter of intent to sell addressed to the President or Corporate Secretary. Club has the right of first refusal. For corporate owned share, attach Secretary’s Certificate or Board Resolution authorizing the sell of the share.
2. Waiver issued by the Club.
3. Original copy of stock certificate duly endorsed.
4. Original copy of notarized Deed of Sale.(with marital consent if married)
5. Original copy of BIR certification of capital gains tax return.
6. Resignation letter from outgoing member & surrender membership cards.
Buyer:
1. Notarized application forms. Available at the Corporate Services Department.
2. Two (2) pcs. 1 x 1 photos each for applicant and the dependents.
3. Payment of transfer fee = Php 168,000.00, plus cost of document stamps.
4. SEC Registration & Amended Articles of Incorporation & By-laws. (If share was bought by a Corporation)
5. If married, submit copy of marriage contract & birth certificates of dependents (NSO certified).
6. Must submit a photocopy of passport.
7. Foreign applicants must submit a photocopy of Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR).
8. Must attend interview (to be scheduled).
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
No Class “A” share can be transferred to a foreigner.
Monthly Dues =Php 3,000.00 / month
Patronage Advantage Fee =6,000.00 / year (Gasoline ) - effective January 2011
Assessment Fee =1,100.00 / year

1. Legal Spouse of a Member: Spouse Dependent

> 20 years old & below :Junior Dependents
> 21-25 years old :Senior Dependents (additional Php 500.00 dues /month)

> 26-35 years old :Young Professional Dependents (Php 1,200.00 fee) (Valid only at: All F&B Outlets / Beauty Parlor & Barbershop / Gasoline Station / Candies & Magazines / Pro-Shop)
IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
1. All outgoing members are required to settle their outstanding bills to effect transfer of share.
2. Prior to the admission, name & photo of applicants for membership will be posted on all Club’s bulletin boards.
3. Admitted members are not allowed to bring guests while on a pending approval of their membership applications.
4. Existing/former dependents applying for membership must attend interview.
5. Former members re-applying for membership after two (2) years of inactivity are required to attend the interview.
CHANGE OF CORPORATE REPRESENTATIVE:
1. Submit copy of Board Resolution or Secretary’s Certificate.
2. Notarized application forms and two (2) pcs. 1x1 photos each for the applicantand the dependents.
3. If married, submit a copy of marriage contract & birth certificates of dependents (NSO certified).
4. Must submit a photocopy of passport.

7. Payment of processing fee = Php 112,000.00.

PLAYING RIGHTS ASSIGNMENT:
1. Assignment letter from the shareowner.
2. Notarized application forms and two (2) pcs. 1x1 photos each for the applicant and the dependents.
3. Submit a copy of contract of assignment.
4. If married, submit a copy of marriage contract & birth certificates of dependents (NSO Certified).
5. Must submit a copy of passport.
6. Foreign applicants must submit a photocopy of Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR).
7. Payment of processing fee = Php 140,000.00. (Effective July 2010)
8. Payment of Php 100,000.00 deposit. Refundable upon termination of assignment.
9. Must attend interview (to be scheduled).

Assignee’s Fee = 1,000.00 / month

Applicants for Membership shall file an application in prescribed form with the Corporate Secretary, c/o Administration Office, Alabang Country Club, Inc., Acacia Avenue, Ayala Alabang Village, Muntinlupa City.
All applicants should be nominated by a member of good standing. The nomination must be seconded by another member of good standing. A member can nominate or second the nomination of no more than three applicants during the Club's fiscal year.
Membership Committee Action: All applications shall be endorsed to the Membership Committee for consideration.
The Committee shall post the list of applicants on Club bulletin boards for a period of four (4) weeks.
During the 4-week period, the Committee may receive from any member any information that may contain grounds for non-acceptance, or assist in the evaluation of Membership.
The Committee may also inquire from other golf/country clubs about records, if any, which may assist in the evaluation of membership.
During the same period, the applicants shall be notified to meet the Membership Committee at a given time and place.
A meeting of the Membership Committee shall be held to which the applicants shall be invited for interview.
The Board of Directors shall meet to consider and act on the applications for membership, as recommended by the Membership Committee. Thereafter, the Corporate Secretary will notify the applicants of the Board of Directors' action.
On the third week of each month or as the need arises, the Board of Directors shall host cocktails to formally meet newly-admitted club members.
No person previously expelled from the Club or any other club shall be admitted as a member.
